"Thoughts become things"
My name is Jessica and I am a yoga instructor and nature lover who is obsessed with hiking and camping. Yoga is the practice I love because I see how quickly and powerfully it gets straight to the heart of what so many of us are seeking. We all want to feel less stress, to feel more present and to have more confidence as we move through this world. My hope is that my work helps people to feel their purpose, find depth in their joy and reflect the light of who they are back out into the world. Learning to use the power of my own breath to clear, heal and empower every aspect of my life is why I am called to share these accessible and life changing practices with as many people as possible. I am devoted to raising the vibration of our world one relationship at a time because at the end of the day, all we have is each other.

Evelyn first dabbled with yoga as a teenager in an attempt to facilitate self-acceptance and a sense of mental calm and clarity. An avid track & field runner in high school, she swapped yoga for Pilates as a means of maintaining muscle tone and strength after an ankle injury. She fell in love with the alignment-focused movements of Pilates, but eventually transitioned back into yoga, this time with a stronger emphasis on alignment. Evelyn completed her 200-hour teacher training at SLO Yoga Center under the instruction of Noah Maze and Rocky Heron. In this Iyengar alignment-based model of teaching she was also exposed to basic yogic philosophy and the importance of functional dynamic-movement training. She moved back to New England in 2017 and has been sharing her love of yoga with beginners to advanced practitioners alike. Those taking Evelyn’s classes can expect bad jokes, good vibes and a feeling of accomplishment upon completion.
Helen has been practicing Barre for several years and became certified to teach through Exhale’s nationally recognized and accredited Barre teacher training program. She fell for the practice and found it to be a full-body, results-oriented workout and a centering style of movement. Helen believes Barre builds strength both physically and mentally. She has seen her students improve their strength and alignment, as well as develop and harness a stronger mind-body connection.
