Wendy Haller is certified in Thai Yoga Body Work, Reiki, yoga, restorative yoga and yin yoga, with an emphasis on myofascial release.

Yoga has been a part of Wendy’s life for over 20 years and her practice has grown to include these other healing therapies. All have helped Wendy heal physically, spiritually and mentally in many ways…and she aspires to share her journey with others.

What to expect

Thai Yoga Massage sessions are done on special Thai Yoga mattresses and clients remain fully dressed. We suggest wearing comfortable clothing that allow you to move freely.
